  • 1 taza de quinoa ya cocida
  • 2 huevos
  • 3 cucharadas de harina de maíz amarillo (yo usé Doña Arepa)
  • 5 gotas de stevia
Mezclé todos los ingredientes en un bowl con una cuchara de madera con movimientos envolventes. Debe quedar suave pero firme. Se pueden ayudar con un chorrito de agua o de aceite de coco para mejorar la textura.
